COVID-19. We’re in this together.

We realise the fear. We’re getting it too. It’s hard to keep perspective when alarm bells are sounding all around us.

What we want you to know is this:

We’re all over this. Like you, we don’t know what is or will happen but in the meantime, we’re listening. We’re following advice. We’re vigilantly washing hands and surfaces, we’ve got sanitiser all over the place, we’re not touching our faces or you.

We’ll shut our doors when we have to and when it’s in the best interest of everyone that we do. But in the meantime, we recognise the interconnectedness of all of us and the things that we rely on. We need you to visit, to pay our staff, the local and independent suppliers who depend on us and giving you a place to go when you want to escape and eat some awesome food. So while we are worried – we are business as better than normal and eyes and ears open.

And while you’re taking it all in and before you hide yourself away, consider getting out and supporting your local businesses as you’re used to. Come sit down with friends and family and enjoy some awesome BBQ

Take all precautions. Stay home if you’re not feeling well. We have toilet paper. If you need it, ask. But we’ll not hide it away from you.

This is our time to stick together. And what better way to do that than through BBQ with the ones you love. Or like. Anyone is good to share with. Just don’t touch them. #sharethelove ❤ Melissa & Martin
