DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Most requirements can be catered for, please advise of the requirements you need with the events manager.

DELIVERY & TRAVEL

Warm delivery may be available pending availability of staff and your location. Please advise when requesting a quote whether you are requesting delivery. Delivery fee will be applicable and will be quoted to you based on your location. Saturday & Sunday or Public Holidays and School Holidays will only be able to deliver during 11am-12pm r 3pm-4pm but pending availability. Weekday delivery is generally flexible but will still be pending availability.

PICK UP

Pick up from the restaurant is available and generally flexible. Please advise of approx time for pick up and allow 15minutes whilst everything is freshly sliced or pulled! Make sure you bring and esky and towels to wrap your order in to keep warm.

PAYMENT

Red Gum BBQ will provide an invoice at the time of confirming your order. Payment is required 1 week prior to the pick up/delivery date. Orders need to be placed 2 weeks in advance at the least but if your order is smaller we may be able to accomodate at short notice.
