What is the Very Important Dad Experience?
The VID Experience is Red Gum BBQ’s special Father’s Day dining experience, available Sunday only:
Your crew will settle in with a complimentary house beer or wine before starters arrive: a trio of our Pit Wings served three ways – Classic, Alabama and Buffalo.
Then we get serious.
The main BBQ feast features Smoked Brisket, Smoked Chicken with Alabama Sauce and Pork Belly Burnt Ends, accompanied by Apple Slaw, Sweet Potato with Maple Pecans, Cornbread, Mixed Pickles and Southern Greens with house-cured and smoked bacon.
Finish the celebration with Rhubarb Cheesecake or Brownie.
How much is the Father’s Day VID Experience?
A table ticket is $1,200 for up to 10 guests.
That makes it ideal for larger family gatherings celebrating Dad, Grandad or several generations of legendary dads together.
No fighting over the bill. No cooking. No cleaning up afterwards.
Just your favourite people around one table and a serious amount of BBQ.
