$1290 (that’s $43 per person!)
What’s included:
- 1 1/2 Tray of Smoked Brisket
- 1 Tray of Chicken
- 10 Sausages
- 1 Tray of Coleslaw
- 1 Tray of Broccoli Salad
- 1 Tray of Cornbread
- 1 x Red Gum BBQ Classic Sauce
(based on the above quantities and 30 people, your guests will get approximately 225g of meat each)

- 72 hours notice is required for Quick Catering orders.
- Please enter your requested order date and pick up time (either between 11am-12pm or 3pm-5pm) in the Additional Comments field at the checkout page.
- You will receive a phone call following your order to confirm (within next business day) your delivery or pick up details.
- FREE DELIVERY WEDNESDAY to FRIDAY within 35km of Red Gum BBQ otherwise, pick up can be arranged Wednesday to Sunday.
