To say we were absolutely thrilled to be named a Telstra Business Awards finalist in the Emerging and Energised category, is an understatement! Standing alongside some truly incredible, innovative businesses and being recognised at that level felt like a real validation of the heart and soul we’ve poured into Red Gum BBQ—where we’re not just dishing up great BBQ, but carving out a space that’s different from anything else in the region.

To be nominated alongside businesses pushing boundaries in their fields reminded us that what we do at Red Gum BBQ is part of something bigger. We’ve taken the tradition of Southern-style BBQ and given it our own twist, prioritising ethical sourcing and a real connection to our local producers. We love being part of an evolving food space, where innovation doesn’t just mean fancy tech, but also staying true to our roots and values.

From our communal dining experience, where people can share plates and conversations, to our Pitmaster Masterclasses, where BBQ lovers can get behind the scenes with the craft, we’re all about creating something new and meaningful for our guests.
