Ready to dive into a summer of BBQ goodness and be part of something special? We’re gearing up for an epic season and beyond here at Red Gum BBQ in Red Hill. We’re Austraila’s first B Corp Certified restaurant, and we’re on the hunt for passionate, kind, and hardworking folks to join our awesome team at our multi-award winning restaurant. Sound like you? We’ve got a variety of roles available, and we’re looking for people who love hospitality, good vibes, and of course, top-notch BBQ:
- Front of House Leader – If you’ve got strong hospitality management experience and thrive in leading a team, this one’s for you!
- Chef de Partie – Got kitchen experience and a hunger to learn all things BBQ? We’ll train you up to be a BBQ Pitmaster!
- Front of House Crew – Love serving up great food with a smile? We’ve got casual shifts ready for you.
- Kitchen Crew – Be part of our summer kitchen team, supporting our chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Operations Leader – Are you comfortable with planning, costing, budgeting, and leading a high-functioning team? If so, this could be your dream job.
- Bookkeeper – Got a knack for numbers? We’ve got a PT position in the finance team available.
